What Type Of Material do we use?
Our TinyTotes are made of durable duck canvas. The straps are 100% 1 inch polypropylene. You can browse our Apparel section to see the type of material they are made out of. We normally utilize Gildan 5.5 oz or the ultra cotton 6.1 oz. You decide what's best for you. Sign Vinyl will vary based on application but at a minimum it will be 1 mil with 3 year outdoor life. Again you can decide what fits in your budget for your application

Where do designs come from?
We obtain our designs through purchase stock designs, customer donation and from the array of free designs that are available through out the internet. If you believe that any material contained in this Site infringes your copyright, you should notify us of your copyright infringement claim in accordance with the following procedure:
Yes. Please be sure that you hold the copyright to the design. Just e-mail us your design with your specific requirements. We will do our best to replicate your design and provide you with a proof and price quote. No obligation to place an order.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS. Majority are shipped Priority Mail which provides 2 day deliver time to most areas. Where Priority Mail is not cost effective, orders will be shipped First Class Mail or Parcel Post

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we do. Some of our products will already offer bulk pricing discounts. But you can always contact us at info@istitchdesigns.com and propose a fair market price for your order. Just email us your details and we will respone to your request.

Why are your services inexpensive compared to others?
We are always asked why our prices are inexpensive. We believe in providing our customer a customizable product at a reasonable price. We are a small Home Based business and have limited overhead. Our suppliers gives us a bulk purchase discount on our materials which we pass on to you. Some companies utilize automated machines which do give excellent results. However, they need to make up the cost of that machine which is passed on to you. We utilize non-automated machines which give you good results and there is no cost to pass on to you.

Do you provide samples?
Its hard to order on the internet not knowing what you will be getting. We encourage you to order a sample of your design first before making a bulk purchase. If you like what you see and order 12 or more, the cost of your sample will be applied as a credit to your order.

We offer a variety of products to choose from. The products we have online is our most popular products and we have can provide quick turnaround on those items. From time to time we may have excess product from a previous order that we will sell at a discounted rate. Feel free to browse our online catalog and if their is a product you wish to order or obtain pricing on, please contact us and let us know. We will respond with an appropriate quote.

How do I customize a product?

- Browse the designs and productst we offer
- Once you find the designs nor product you want send us an email with product number, design specs and quantity needed
- We will then send you an email with a proof of what your custom product would look like
- If you like the way the product looks, click the link in the email to purchase the product. If not, just delete the email
